Gave them a call and they were able to come out and take a look even though it was close to 6:00. They quickly diagnosed my blower motor was out, but they were able to check and let me know it was still under warranty even though they didn’t install the equipment they took care of the warranty exchange. They let me know Friday morning the part was in stock and set up a time Friday afternoon to complete the install. Both the technicians that came out Thursday evening and the installer that came out Friday were on time and very professional. Them doing the warranty research saved me a ton of money.
